We fully support the State of Israel and the Jewish people.
All other nations were created by acts of men, but Israel was created by an act of God.
The Royal Land Grant was given to Abraham and his seed with an everlasting and unconditional covenant!
“…and of the covenant, which God made with our fathers, saying to Abraham,
And in your seed all the nations of the earth shall be blessed.”(Acts 3:25b, NKJV)
"For you are a holy people belonging to the LORD your God. The LORD your God has chosen you to be His own possession out of all the peoples on the face of the earth.” (Deut. 7:6, HCSB)
“For the LORD has chosen Zion; He has desired it for His dwelling place; This is My resting place forever; Here I will dwell, for I have desired it.” (Psalm 132:13-14, HCSB)
God chose Israel—He chose the Jewish people to receive His Words, and through Israel, give birth to His Son. And in this, God unfolded His gift of salvation in Jesus Christ and ministered the gospel to Gentiles in the first place. We have been grafted into His original vine. Without the Jewish people, there would be no Christian faith, no Messiah and no redemption for a fallen world.
“So then, remember that at one time you were Gentiles…without the Messiah, excluded from the citizenship of Israel, and foreigners to the covenants of the promise, with no hope and without God in the world. But now in Christ Jesus, you…have been brought nearby the blood of the Messiah. For…He made both groups one….For through Him we have access by one Spirit to the Father. So then you are no longer foreigners and strangers, but fellow citizens with the saints, and members of God’s household…in whom you also are being built together for God’s dwelling in the Spirit.” (Eph. 2:12-22, HCSB)
Clearly it is the desire of God's heart to bring Jews & Gentiles together in personal relationship with Him.
Jesus Christ declared, "Salvation is of the Jews!" (John 4:22, HCSB) We owe an eternal debt of gratitude to the Jewish people for their contribution to the Christian faith, for they gave us:
· The Sacred Scripture—Genesis thru Revelation
· The Prophets
· The Patriarchs
· Mary, Joseph, and Jesus Christ of Nazareth
· The Twelve Disciples
· The Apostles
Paul recorded in Romans 15:27, “…and they are indebted to them (the Jews). For if the Gentiles have shared in their spiritual benefits, then they are obligated to minister to Jews in material needs.” (HCSB)
This is how we are obedient to God in this matter:
· Support the return of the Jews to Israel. (Isa. 49:22)
· Confirm the present validity of God's covenants to Israel. (Gen.17:7-8)
· Confront anti-Semitism. (Psalm 83:1-4, 18)
· Counter Replacement Theology. (Rom. 9:4; 11:1-2)
· Contend for God's heart for Israel and the Jewish people. (Jer. 32:40-41)
· Comfort the Jewish people and Israel thru ministries of mercy. (Isa. 40:1-2)
· Uphold the Hebraic roots of Christianity. (John 4:22)
God said, "I will bless those who bless you, I will curse those who treat you with contempt, and all the peoples on earth will be blessed through you.” (Genesis 12:3, HCSB)
We ask you to align yourself with God's heart for His people, His home (Zion),
His nation - His everlasting, unbreakable Covenant.
